International experience

Loes obtained a master's degree in Applied Economics from KU Leuven and subsequently completed a master's degree in General Management at Vlerick Business School. She combines strong analytical skills with a broad management vision and has developed into a driven and successful people manager during her international career. Loes is known for her ability to manage complex processes and her strong focus on continuous improvement. She attaches great importance to people-oriented leadership and is valued for her approach, accessibility and emotional intelligence. In addition to her professional career, Loes is also a mum of three boys.

As Head of Operations at Claes Agency, Loes ensures smooth day-to-day operations. She coordinates internal processes, streamlines operational activities and oversees the organisation within the team.

Loes is also a point of contact for our players and families and contributes daily to building the solid foundation on which Claes Agency operates.
